the lodge itself was nice clean a d comfortable unfortunately things didn't stay that way,as we were booking in the lady asked which lodge we booked i told her and she said typical, I've been told the wrong one so its not ready then told the heating isn't working either,we were given a couple of small electric heaters, but one became dangerous to use as it was sparking.this was Saturday late morning so nobody there to change it with.no hot water to shower so had to shower with cold water.very disappointed wouldn't recommend staying there.
Arrived knew from the start this was not what we expected small holding for the amount of lodges.On entering our lodge was really disappointed expected better for the price we paid for 3 nights 2 brown uncomfortable leather sofas almost sitting on floor odd cream leather chair .Built in washing machine ? we think with door front that they have tried to screw on very loose fitted in dish washer almost came out when I opened door kick board dropped off. Not very clean throughout cabin toilet roll holders hanging off wall. ceiling cross member in lounge area partially painted with white undercoat all screws showing and big gap showing. Bed so uncomfortable very disappointed will not come back not what you would expect for 320 for three nights been to a few cabins in Cornwall which were fantastic not like this not a happy customer.this time.
Very enjoyable stay. Hot tub was fabulous! Would definitely stay here again.
Great place but quite a lot on the snagging list but awesome place (2 stars goes towards the HOT TUB!
