This is a proper working farm, but it is also a first rate B&B. The room we stayed in had old world charm, a fantastic (huge) bed, and all of the nice touches you associate with somewhere that cares about the guest experience. I have to praise the breakfasts too, and the genuine warmth and hospitality of the hosts. It's right opposite Fountains Abbey and Studley Royal Gardens too. The adjacent town of Ripon (actually a city due to its cathedral - impressive) is also a charming place, with a good choice of places to eat. All in all, a most enjoyable couple of days.
