Enjoyed a late New Year gathering here and found it very pleasant. Staff were helpful and the food was good.
Stayed the night when in the area with work. Lovely little place and the food was absolutely fantastic. Would highly recommend.
Best restaurant in Ripon!!! Service with a smile! Very pleased with my haddock gratin and prawn coctail for 12 quid. Topped with some nice local ales. Chilled atmosphere. Well Recommended.
Very pleasant, cosy and comfortable country pub. Menu choice was very good with one of the best selections of veggie options I've seen anywhere for a long time. Friendly efficient staff. Nice restaurant area with well laid out tables with plenty of space and not squashed in. We had lunch so just selected from the sandwich menu. Sandwiches were very nice. Great meeting place. Lovely decoration and a nice atmosphere. Would definitely return & recommend.
This little gem of a place is halfway between Leeds and Middlesbrough and is the perfect place to meet for breakfast.I met with a colleague there this morning and received a really lovely welcome as well as a delicious breakfast and coffees to die for.The welcome from Jennifer was first class too. highly recommended and will definitely be back. Thanks for looking after us.
