Delightful place with large gardens, ponds, sculptures and arboretum set in a valley. Only open in the spring and autumn for a limited time. Also has a small information centre, cafe and toilets which were all spotlessly clean. To find head for the village of Grewelthorpe and then follow the signs to the gardens.
Beautiful gardens, pleasant tea rooms. Enjoyable morning walk and lunch. Though for information purposes I'd say it's not really suitable for wheelchair use.
What an amazing find. Beautiful grounds with interesting sculptures. Lovely cafe and very helpful staff. Well worth a visit . We will back in the spring.
Amazing selection of azaleas and rhododendrons. So much work achieved in the last few years. Lots of steps and sloping areas. Not suitable for the infirm. Fabulous cafe for snacks and lunch. Lovely plants available for sale.
