We have a trade account with MKM Ripon, they constantly over price their materials and are not prepared to reduce this, when they are caught out. We bought an item which is available at 10 other outlets and online for 9.00, they invoiced us 22.00. What are you playing at MKM. This is daylight robbery. I would suggest you watch this unscrupulous company and use somebody else.Following up on the comments below: Due to this review being published MKM being the professional body they are, have closed my account due to this complaint. Its such an un-professional attitude to take. Its ok as Travis Perkins is next door and they are cheaper. Just shows they just dont care abount customersIt is now September 2018 and still no contact from the manager. i will keep you all updated when he eventually calls as the owner has requested. another low score for this branch.
