The first car salesman Ive ever given a hug to after purchasing a car. Im not kidding!Despite doing my research and having a particular make and specification of vehicle in mind I had been let down by not only the quality of other vehicles I had seen elsewhere but also the service of those dealers. It was by pure chance I found the car I was looking for miles away from home and thought I would just check it out purely for the hell of it. As corny as it sounds it turned out to be one of the best decisions Ive made, Harry and the team at Harvey Cooper were absolutely spot on right from the start. I wanted a quality car with a great deal to match and a fair trade in value for my old car. All those boxes were ticked and over the weekend the deal was done and dusted. Even having one tiny technical issue that no one could have foreseen didnt deter these guys and to the teams credit they embraced the issue and had it resolved way beyond my satisfaction. Other dealers I have dealt with in the past would have shied away once the ink was dry but not these guys. Overall it was a very human down to earth experience matched with professionalism and lovely hospitality for my partner and I. Yes, I would certainly use this dealership again in the future and wouldnt hesitate to recommend them. Harry you were a star, thank you.
I bought my first car from Harvey Cooper this past weekend, whilst in my hometown of Ripon visiting family. I spotted the car on their forecourt whilst passing and went back later to have a look, after having checked it out on their website which had lots of useful information. When I went to have a look in person, Harry and the team were very helpful and allowed me plenty of time to look at the car and test drive it. They were all very professional and helpful, whilst giving a personal feel to the service. I really appreciate Harry sending me a video of the car once it was ready for collection.
